This notice applies to the Hubtopai website, including its language pages, on each domain where this notice is displayed. It also applies to information received when you submit the online enquiry form or use a telephone number or email address published on the website.

Hubtopai is a brand operated by 互动派科技股份有限公司 (the “Company”). The Company determines why and how personal information covered by this notice is handled and acts as the personal information processor under Mainland China law and the data user where Hong Kong law applies.

This notice does not govern third-party websites reached through external links. Information handled after a client relationship begins may also be subject to the relevant contract and legal record-retention requirements.

Submitting the form, calling or emailing us is voluntary. Name, work email, company or organisation, enquiry details and the privacy acknowledgement are required for online submission. Telephone number, current stage and budget are optional. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to respond. We will not use the information for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate notice and legal basis.

The website does not use cookies, audience analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing, and the enquiry form does not store its contents in browser storage.

Cloud-hosting and content-delivery providers generate access and security records to deliver and protect requested pages. When you submit the form, the completed fields are sent through a server-side function to the designated business mailbox.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers may use it only to provide the services described above and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Enquiry information may be processed through the designated business mailbox and by authorised Company staff in Mainland China. The enquiry-form acknowledgement is not such separate consent.

When the applicable period ends, information is deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold or mandatory retention requirement applies. Protected backups are cleared through the normal replacement cycle.
